Using this site

You may browse the archive, save works in your browser, and contact Branchstone about available or commissioned work. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a misleading way.

Artwork and site content

The artworks, photographs, writing, and visual identity remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. Viewing them on this site does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial license.

• Do not reproduce or distribute artwork images without written permission.
• Do not use the work or site content for commercial training, promotion, merchandise, or derivative products without a written agreement.
• You may share a link to a public page when you credit Branchstone and do not imply endorsement.

Availability and inquiries

A work marked available can still be subject to an ongoing conversation or a recent sale. An inquiry, saved-work list, or prepared email does not reserve a work and is not an order. Availability is confirmed directly by Branchstone.

Purchases and commissions

Price, payment schedule, any deposit, scope, dimensions, materials, revisions, estimated timing, delivery, insurance, cancellation, and return terms are confirmed in writing for the particular work before payment or studio work begins.

The website does not replace that written agreement. A commission begins only when both sides have agreed to the project terms and any agreed starting payment has been received.

Natural material and appearance

Branchstone works include found and organic materials. Texture, colour, surface, and small natural changes are part of their character. Screen images can also display colour and scale differently from the physical work. Care, installation, and handling guidance will be supplied when relevant.

Delivery and aftercare

Packaging, carrier, destination, timing, cost, insurance, inspection on arrival, and any remedy for damage are agreed for the individual transaction. Contact Branchstone promptly if a delivered package appears damaged and keep the packaging while the situation is reviewed.

External links and changes

Links to publications, exhibitions, Instagram, or other external services are provided for context. Branchstone does not control those services. These site terms may be updated when the website or studio process changes; the revision date above identifies the version shown here.
